The Honda XL600V Transalp was sold in Australia in 1987 and 1988. Due to poor sales and lack of foresight by Honda Australia, it was discontinued.

The new 650 model has now been released in Australia and hopefully Honda Australia will allow adequate time for this great motorcycle to take hold.

My Transalp

My 1995 model Transalp was imported by its previous owner from Ireland in 2001. The bike has an Australian compliance plate and is registered in NSW.
